Had some sweet potatoes in the fridge that needed to get used and some chicken legs in the freezer, so I threw them in the crockpot with a bunch of peeled garlic cloves (an entire head's worth). Cooked on high until the chicken was done and everything had a delightful garlic tone.
I'd probably skip the sweet taters next time and just serve with rice or something.
