Challenge Ingredient: STRAWBERRIES

Strawberry season is in full swing, and I'm loving it! I don't know if you can, but try to pick just one recipe to post for this challenge. I know it'll be hard for me...there are always new things to try with these delicious berries.


Here's your weekly useless challenge ingredient trivia:

• The strawberry is technically not a fruit.
• In most cases the flowers appear hermaphroditic in structure, but function as either male or female.
• After the United States, Russia and Spain produce the most strawberries respectively.
