Brownie for One

This is a fun recipe if you are in need of a quick, chocolatey fix!

Brownie For One!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or canola oil
1 dash salt

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a mug.
2. Mix well.
3. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, be sure not to overcook. Brownie should still be wet on sides and in the middle when done.
4. Let stand to cool for a few minutes.
5. Grab a fork and dig in!
--------------------

After cooking it for 60 seconds it was still pretty gooey, which I like, but I cooked it for another 15 seconds anyway. This would be great as a little birthday gift or pick-me-up for a friend. Just tie a cute ribbon around the mug, maybe a little tag, and "Wah-la!". I would probably use a smaller sized mug, so that the brownie is up at the top of the mug. Or, you could throw a little whipped cream on top so the mug doesn't look so empty. Maybe add some sprinkles. Hmmm... this is starting to sound pertty good!

I didn't know that. Thanks, MamaBear!

And stewbert...after I made it I thought to myself, "Hey, this doesn't have dairy, so Esther could make it! Woo hoo!"

How perfect. I dream of brownies. Too bad they are on the "no, no" list of things I can never eat again. I have no self control over them. It's an addiction.
