My dishwasher was out of whack last month, and I never realized how rotten life is as a cook when those dishes pile up.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5206237622151514395.post-78467638573893280652009-05-17T06:48:00.000-07:002009-05-17T06:48:00.000-07:00i'm a microwave girl too. as PPs said, it's great...i'm a microwave girl too. as PPs said, it's great for leftovers, for your side dish/vegetables, and keeping the kitchen cool-er. i've done without all the other appliances others chose for long periods of time, but i would buy a microwave the next day if mine broke!MamaBearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10219560967391102167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5206237622151514395.post-8088816478207631562009-05-14T15:38:00.000-07:002009-05-14T15:38:00.000-07:00I love my microwave. I can't imagine standing at the counter kneading dough for hours on end. I'm not strong enough for that and I don't have the patience for it.

I'm off to make some bread.Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16200027025022391704noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5206237622151514395.post-537954990315865572009-05-11T08:11:00.000-07:002009-05-11T08:11:00.000-07:00I have to go with my kitchenaid. Everytime we have a family function I am always asked to make the same chocolate chips cookies and I use my kitchenaid to help. I use to for a lot of other things also but for cookies the most.

I really want to get a food processor. It's great, especially here in Arizona, to be able to cook things without heating up the whole house.

I love to steam veggies in there. Just toss 'em in a glass bowl with a lid (or plastic wrap over the top), and zap them for 2 minutes and 45 seconds. The best part? he'll make his own rice when he wants it and not burn anything on the stove.

I want a kitchenaid. We just haven't spent the money on one yet.stewberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14940744366129679442noreply@blogger.com
